MOU Sign on TOD/Urban Design Field

Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Osamu Omoto) signed a MOU regarding TOD/urban design field on April 8, 2024 with T.Y.Lin International Engineering Consulting(China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called "T.Y.Lin China") and Chongqing Research Transit Design & Research Institute (hereinafter called “Transit Design & Research Institute”).

T.Y.Lin China, which signed the MOU, is one of the world's leading engineering firms whose parent company is located in the U.S. T.Y.Lin China has implemented bridge, road, and TOD development projects in more than 40 cities in China. In addition, Transit Design & Research Institute is a company that has extensive experience in railway-related projects, particularly in Chongqing.

With this MOU, the three companies will leverage their strengths to develop TOD, urban planning, and track transportation-related services in Chongqing and surrounding cities in China.
